For millions of years we learned by tagging along with our elders. Sooner or later, if we were lucky, they would teach us what they knew by including us in their activities. The Big Sky Teen Mentor Program brings math and science education back into harmony with our natural learning styles. Four to six campers form what we call a "Pod". An experienced teen "Pod Leader" cares for their needs and passes on the many skills the he or she has learned as a camper at Build It!. Experienced classroom teachers oversee the mentors, passing on their teaching techniques and inspiring the next generation of teachers.
