General Information for Parents
- All camps will take place at The Santa Fe Waldorf School.

- Camps begin at 9:00 and end at 3:30.
- Quality pre-care and aftercare are provided from 8-9am and 3:30-5:15pm for $6/hour. Late pickup (over 15 minutes) without a call may result in $1/minute donation to our scholarship fund.
- Parents or legal guardians may register students for as many age-appropriate camps as desired. Before June 1st you may hold a spot in a camp with a deposit of $75 per camp. Your balance is due by June 1st or your spot will go to a child on our wait list. After June 1st, full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Tuition for each week is $235 + tax for each child. There is a 10% discount on additional siblings attending the same week. Standard materials/lab fee is is $60 + tax per camp. Some camps (see descriptions) require additional materials fees.
- Scholarships are available for families qualifying for Santa Fe Public School Free or Reduced lunch program. Click HERE for details. Call 428-7575 for rate and availability. If you wish to sponsor a low-income child, a tax deductible contribution can be made to Big Sky Learning HERE.
- Campers must bring their own lunch and enough snacks for morning and afternoon break times. No highly sugared or caffeinated items allowed.
- Students will engage in various types of activities while enrolled at Big Sky and will be handling tools and materials that could potentially cause serious bodily injury. We at Big Sky will take every precaution to ensure your child's safety, yet some events are beyond our control. Parents will be required to sign a release and waiver prior to the beginning of camp.
- Pocket knives, war toys and portable electronic devices (iPods or games) are not permitted at camp.
